With over 15 years of experience spanning Oil & Gas, Financial Services, and Sports Management, David founded Elohay Mishpat to create a brokerage firm built on integrity, relationships, and results. He has personally brokered over 200 successful connections across four continents.
Sarah Mensah
Director of Connections — Energy & Resources
Sarah brings 12 years of experience in the energy sector, having worked with major operators and service companies across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Her network in Oil & Gas is unparalleled, and she has facilitated some of our most complex multi-party deals.
James Adeyemi

James leads our specialist employment practice, with a particular focus on niche skilled trades where talent shortages are most acute.
